Treatment/Education Attendance Features

As part of our efforts to enhance functionality, we have added a new feature that allows users to manage Treatment/Education Attendance and associated Programs. Please see the guide below detailing these new features.

Client Information Tabs

On the Client Info tab of a client’s overview page, the Residence tab has been renamed to “Contact Info”.  There are now new options for “Clinical Info” and “Drug use”.  

Client Information – Clinical Info

Users now have the ability to record Clinical Information on a Client. The new Clinical Information screen is accessed from the “Client Info” tab on a Client’s overview page. This information currently includes details on a client’s Insurance, Diagnoses, Prescriptions and, if the client is pregnant. Clicking the edit icon on the right-hand side of each information card will allow the user to add, edit or remove the information.  

The Health Insurance Provider, Communicable Diseases, Allergies and Prescription lists are available to edit as Lookups in System Administration.  

Client Information – Drug Use

Users now have the ability to record Drug Use information on a client. The new Drug Use screen is accessed from the “Client Info” tab on a Client’s overview page. Details currently include the Client’s Primary Drug of Choice, Secondary Drug of Choice and Age at Onset of Drug Use. Clicking the edit icon on the right-hand side of each information card will allow users to add, edit or remove the information. 

The Primary and Secondary Dug of Choice lists are available to edit as Lookups in System Administration.

Address – Police Precinct 

When adding or editing a Primary address, users now have the option to add the associated Police Precinct for that address.

This list is available to edit as a Lookup in System Administration.

Involvement Phase – Transferring a Client Between Tracks

As part of our efforts to improve usability, users will now have the ability to transfer a Client between tracks in the same court so that the track can match their needs. When editing the track, users can indicate the phase, reason, add any notes, indicate a new caseload, docket schedule and drug testing group, as needed.

Once transferred to a new caseload, the user assigned to the new caseload will receive an “Involvement Transferred” notification.

Note, the Days in Phase, Days in Program and Sobriety Date remain the same following the transfer. If a user does not have the Manage Involvement permissions, the edit track icon will be disabled.
