The AIMS v1.53 release includes several bug fixes and the following enhancements and new functionality:
- Editing Phase Start Dates;
- Redesigned Community Service Involvements Screen;
- Calendar – New Events;
Detailed descriptions of all new features/enhancements are provided below.
Editing Phase Start Dates
AIMS users now have the ability to edit phase start dates. To do this, users must hover their mouse over the phase start date housed in the details section on the involvement overview screen. On hover, an edit (pencil) icon will appear allowing users to click the icon and select a new phase start date.
Community Service Involvements Screen
For customers with Community Service Involvements, AIMS now features a redesigned Involvements Screen (Main Menu -> Involvements -> Community Service). The new screen displays three tabs (Awaiting Intake, Admitted and Log) which will be discussed further below.
The Awaiting Intake tab displays Community Service Involvements that have been added but the intake workflow has not been completed. Within the Awaiting Intake tab, AIMS users can now view: Involvement ID, Client, Caseload, Opened Date and Scheduled Date. A more icon (three vertical dots) is displayed on the right of each involvement allowing users to Schedule Intakes, Complete Intakes and Close Involvements. In addition the add involvement button has been moved to the left side of the screen.
The Admitted Tab displays Community Service Involvements in which Intakes have been completed. Within the Admitted Tab, AIMS users can now view: Involvement ID, Client, Caseload, Opened Date, Hours Ordered, Hours Completed, Hours Remaining and Percentage Complete. A more icon (three vertical dots) is displayed on the right of each involvement allowing users to Close Involvements.
Note: the Log tab has not changed.
Calendar – New Events
The AIMS Calendar now has two new Events – Community Service Intakes and Specialty Court Intakes. These events have filtering capability on the left side of the calendar. AIMS users can also schedule these events by clicking the schedule button in the top left corner of the calendar or clicking the date in which the user wants to schedule one of these events.
The screenshots below show what appears once a user clicks on Schedule Specialty Court Intake or Community Service Intake.
