Treatment/Education Program Category

Administrators now have the ability to segment their programs by Category, allowing them to more effectively report on the types of treatment and education services being utilized.

Under System Administration –> Lookups, a new lookup labeled Treatment Education Program Categories has been added. These lookups are later referenced when Adding a program, enrolling a Client in a Program, and in the Treatment Attendance listing.

Under System Administration –> Treatment/Education Settings, a Program’s Category is now shown.

Note that each Program can only have one Category, which can be set when Adding/Editing a Program.

Any existing Programs will default to the category “Unassigned” until they are updated.

On the Participant’s Program Enrollment list, Category is exposed;additionally, Category is also now listed in the Add and Edit Program Enrollment dialogs as read only.

Category is also exposed in the Treatment Attendance listing and .PDF export.
