The AIMS v.1.63 release includes several bug fixes and the following enhancements and new functionality:

  • Processing Dashboard;
  • Recidivism Dashboard;
  • New and Modified Data Sources;
  • Add Track to Charts and Data Source;
  • Court Name added to MS Word Add-In Tags list.

Processing Dashboard

The Processing Dashboard prior to this release included only 2 charts:

  • Program Violations (Number of Sanctions by Sanction)
  • Program Incentives (Number of Incentives by Incentive)

The improved Processing Dashboard includes 6 new charts:

  • Average Number of Contacts per Graduated Client;
  • Average Number of Hearings per Graduated Client;
  • Average Number of Drug Tests per Graduated Client, by Phase;
  • Infractions Committed (Number of Infractions committed by infraction type for all Client involvements);
  • Ordered Sanctions (Number of sanctions ordered by Sanction type for all Client involvements);
  • Ordered Incentives (Number of Incentives ordered by Incentive type for all Client involvements).

Recidivism Dashboard

The new Recidivism Dashboard includes 6 new charts:

  • In-Program Recidivism Rate (Convictions)

Percent of graduated clients that had at least one new offense that occurred while in the program for which they were convicted.

  • Post-Exit Recidivism Rate (Convictions)

Percent of clients that had a new offense that occurred after exit for which the client was convicted.

  • 1 Year Post-Exit Recidivism Rate (Convictions)
  • In-Program Recidivism Rate (Arrests)

Percent of graduated clients who had at least one new arrest (regardless of disposition) that occurred while in the program.

  • Post-Exit Recidivism Rate (Arrests)

Percent of clients that had a new arrest (regardless of disposition) that occurred after exit.

  • 1 Year Post-Exit Recidivism Rate (Arrests)

New and Modified Data Sources

New Data Sources:

  • Days to Sanction;
  • In-Program Recidivism;
  • Infraction Counts;
  • Ordered Incentives Counts;
  • Ordered Sanctions Counts;
  • Post-Exit Recidivism;
  • Processing Contacts & Hearings (Graduates Only);
  • Processing Drug Tests (Graduates Only).

Modified Data Sources:

  • Incentives (now “Ordered Incentives Counts”); 
  • Sanctions (now “Ordered Sanctions Counts”).

Track added to Charts and Data Sources 

The following Charts have been updated to display “Track Name: Phase Name” instead of just “Phase Name” on Dashboards.

  • Average Treatment Hours by Phase (Treatment/Education Dashboard)
  • Average Days in Phase (Timeliness Dashboard)
  • Average Number of Drug Tests Per Graduated Client, By Phase (Processing Dashboard)
  • Clients by Phase (Core Measures Dashboard)

  • Client Clinical Info data source “Track Name” column renamed to “Track”
  • Currently Admitted Involvements data source now has “Current Track” column
  • Phase data source now has “Track” column

  • Treatment/Education Attendance Metrics data source now has “Track” column

Court Name Added to MS Word Add-In Tags List

Under Specialty Court Involvement, AIMS users (with the Template Designer Permission) will now be able to add Court Name as a tag.
