  • California – Fixed issue where closing a case folder with no open cases did not set the close date and time of the case folder.

  • California – Fixed issue where creating a close case folder event from the event page did not produce a warning to the user about open cases.Active Cases will now be the default display on the Cases Grid screen;

  • All Customers – Ability to allow a greater limit on Total Count for alerts.

  • All Customers – Enhanced screen real estate on Client Property Sheet by removing the “Overview” tab and updating the “Cases” tab to display important indicators (i.e. MCS, PRCS).

  • All Customers – Fixed an issue in Chrome and Firefox where template names with commas were not supported.

  • California – Fixed an issue in Firefox where juveniles could not be released from an institution.

  • All Customers – Fixed an issue where First Name was required for Alias and Moniker.

  • All Customers – Enhanced screen real estate on Institution Property Sheet by removing the “Overview” tab. The institution’s name will now navigate the user to the overview when clicked.

  • All Customers – Fixed an issue with Event Series where clicking “Cancel” or “Save” was not navigating the user back to the Events page.

  • California – Added support for a custom California Case Folder close event with a drop-down list which allows the user to select an optional Close Reason, based on a Lookup with a description of ‘Case Folder Close Reasons’.

  • California – Modified Juvenile History report to display Referrals in order from Newest to Oldest by date

  • All Customers – Added additional document types for Photo-Tattoo, Photo-Mark, Photo-Profile.

  • All Customers – Added ability to display a visual indicator when sorting columns on list views.

  • All Customers – Word Templates – Fixed issue where the Mobile Number word data source was populating the last mobile number entered in the system.

  • New York Customers with Ce Assessments – Assessments Panel – Added ability to view Assessments data on the Client Overview from Ce Assessments and Completed CX Assessment Events. The data will display the instrument name (Type), outcome (scored risk level), override information (override risk level, if applicable), and status (status/date).

  • New York Customers – Word Data Source – Added ability to select a “Ce Assessments” and “All Assessments” word data source when creating Word Templates. The “Ce Assessments” word data source will populate assessment data from Ce Assessments. The “All Assessments” word data source will populate assessment data from the NY assessment event.

  • All CA Customers – Statute Editor – Sex Offenders – Added statute flag for “Sex Offense – Registration Required” and enabled this flag for all statutes under Section 290 of the Penal Code (any offenses which require an offender to register as a sex offender in California) provided by Tulare County. *Provide a list of statutes that were flagged as “requiring registration” when sending release notes as provided by Tulare County. Going forward, customers will be responsible for maintaining this flag on Sex Offenses manually in CX.

  • All CA Standard Customers & Tulare County – Sex Offender Indicators – Added ability to view and manage a “Sex Offender” indicator on Juvenile Overview that is automatically set based on the statutes flagged as “Sex Offense – Registration Required”. If there is a petition charge or sustained charge on a petition that is one of the statutes flagged as “Sex Offense – Registration Required”, this sets the Sex Offender person attribute to “True”.

  • All CA Standard Customers & Tulare County – Sex Offender Indicators – Added ability to view a read only “Sex Offender” indicator on the Institutions Overview that is automatically set based on the statutes flagged as “Sex Offense – Registration Required” when there is a petition charge or sustained charge on a petition that is one of the statutes flagged as “Sex Offense – Registration Required”. This provides a total count of juveniles who have the Sex Offender person attribute set to “True”.

  • All NY Customers – DP30, DP30A, DP401 Reports – Implemented major performance optimizations, fixed issue with race/ethnicity and eliminated some contradictory business logic.

  • All Customers – Offender Documents Tab – Removed hyperlink when selecting the Word icon and added a “Download” icon to the Action Menu to allow a user to download a “read-only” version of the Word document.

  • All Customers – Search Results – Enhanced the “Quick” Search Results from the CX header to display 10 results instead of 5 results.

  • All Customers – Recently Viewed – Enhanced “Recently Viewed” feature to display 10 results instead of 5 results.

  • All NY Customers – Active Cases By Address Report – Implemented optimizations to return results more quickly.

  • California Customers – Word Data Source – Added ability to select a “Ce Assessments” and “All Assessments” word data source when creating Word Templates. The “Ce Assessments” word data source will populate assessment data from Ce Assessments. The “All Assessments” word data source will populate assessment data from the CX assessment event, if applicable.

  • All Customers with Ce Planning – Ability to subscribe to Officer Alert type “Case Plan Review Due” to be notified when case plans are coming due for review. *This requires the following installation parameter to be set to “true”: “EnableCasePlanReviewAlerts”.

  • All Customers with Ce Planning – Ability to view a “Case Plans” panel on the Client Property Sheet that displays one row per case plan type created in Ce Planning.

  • All Customers – Added ability for system to display a new validation summary that appears in the footer for most pages that are validated.

  • California Standard – Added ability to link most event types to the DEJ and Interstate case types.

  • California – Ability to use the “Place Signature” function in MS Word.
