Caseload Explorer v6.16 includes the following NYS enhancements.
Legal History Screen:
• Added CJTN Field
• Added Sentence Date and Sentence Free text field
• Added charges count
Legal History PSI Wizard Report:
• Added Sentence Date and Sentence Free text field
• Added additional padding on the report
Client->Cases Tab:
• When the investigation case is highlighted, there is a new menu item under the + icon: CHRI Investigation. This will generate a CHRI request.
• When the case folder is highlighted, there is a new menu item under the + icon: CHRI Transfer. This will generate a CHRI request.
Officer Property Sheet:
• The officer property sheet now contains a field called “Portal User ID”. This is required for the officer to enter their ejustice user name in order to make the CHRI request within Caseload Explorer.
CHRI Request Report:
• A new report is available under the report listing screen called CHRI Requests. This report allows you to see all requests made and any errors that were generated after the requests was made.
CHRI Requirements:
The client must have a valid NYSID. The CHRI request will only work if there is a valid NYSID in the client’s person attribute field.
CHRI Investigation requirements ▪ Family (one of the following)
• Active Family Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = J.D. Pre-Dispositional (JUV)
• Active Family Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = PINS Pre-Dispositional (PIN)
• Active Family Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = Supplemental (PRN) as long as another active Family Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = J.D. Pre-Dispositional OR PINS PreDispositional is present
Criminal (one of the following)
• Active Criminal Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = ACD (ACD)
• Active Criminal Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = Relief from Disabilities (CRF)
• Active Criminal Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = PrePlea (PPI)
• Active Criminal Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = PreSentence (PSI)
• Active Criminal Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = Supplemental (PRN) as long as one of the following are also present on the parent folder
• Active Criminal Court Investigation case with Case Type attribute = ACD OR Relief from Disabilities OR PrePlea OR PreSentence
• Active Criminal Court Supervision case
CHRI Transfer requirements:
Supervision Transfer In event linked to the Family Court Folder with a value in either of Interstate State (TOS) or Intrastate County Probation Department (IPI)
Supervision Transfer In event linked to the Criminal Court Folder with a value in either of Interstate State (TOS) or Intrastate County Probation Department (IPI)
